Online Privacy Policy

This policy statement is provided to help you understand how we collect, use and protect any personal information you may provide on our web site.  We do not collect any personal information about you while you browse our web site, unless you provide us that information knowingly and voluntarily.  Whenever you do supply personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, it is used solely to answer your inquiry, comply with your request, or supply you with information about new products and services to help you meet your needs.  If you are a customer of the one of the Prosperity Life Group companies, and you use the customer portal to change your accounts or account information, we will handle that information in accordance with our Customer Privacy Policy.

Information Collection –

Like many web sites, we collect limited anonymous information about our users and their systems. When you visit our site, we may collect certain non-personally identifiable information (such as a list of the site pages you visited) from cookies, IP addresses (the Internet address of your computer), browser type, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data, the HTTP conversation between your browser and our web servers, and other similar technologies. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. If you send an e-mail to us via our website, once we receive your e-mail we comply fully with our privacy policy in protecting your information as required by law. Your e-mails will be routed to the appropriate department and will be handled by Prosperity Life Group employees who can address your e-mail contents. Please remember, however, that information sent through the internet is not secure.  Email services that may be provided through prosperitylife.com generally are not encrypted and do not provide a secure or private means of communication with us.  We are not responsible for the security or confidentiality of communications you send to us through the Internet using e-mail.
