Basic Smudging Directions
1. Open all windows and doors.
2. Light your wand at the end and blow out. Walk around and allow the wand to smolder.
3. Use an abalone shell or fireproof bowl to catch the ashes below.
4. Start from front door. Wave your wand around, smoking every inch of the space. While you are smudging, think of positive thoughts and what you want your home to feel like.
5. Continue this clockwise throughout the entire home, getting drawers + cabinets.
6. End up back at front door. Make sweeping motion out the door with wand. Think of negative energy being swept out. Make a wish for your space and thank the Universe.
